Senior Product Web Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Web Designer to help us build world-class products and shape how millions of users interact with the financial services of the future.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing web interfaces, product pages, and landing pages for both customer-facing and internal products (loans, deposits, account management, and more).

Researching user experience, identifying pain points, proposing solutions, and driving them all the way to release.

Developing and expanding our design system, creating components in collaboration with designers and developers.

Conducting design reviews and ensuring precise implementation of your solutions.

Contributing to building a strong product culture where quality and speed go hand in hand.

You’re a great fit if you:

Have experience working in startups and love shaping the product, not just designing mockups.

Bring background in fintech, investment platforms, crypto, or IT big tech.

Know how to balance a data-driven approach with research, leveraging analytics, user feedback, and market trends.

Understand front-end basics (HTML, JS, React, Angular) and can clearly brief developers.

Are highly skilled in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator at a Senior/Lead level.

Can work with 3D (Blender or similar) and motion graphics (bringing 3D elements to life or creating micro-animations in After Effects).

Speak English at B1–B2 level — we’re an international team.
