Senior Product Owner

INXY Payments is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our ambitious and professional team. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, drive product strategy for one of our business lines, and ensure rapid growth through data-driven decisions and market insights. This is a key role in shaping our cutting-edge FinTech product.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, launch, and scaling

• Develop and execute product strategy for a dedicated business line

• Generate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses using data, user interviews, and market research

• Improve and optimize product processes, metrics, and frameworks within the team

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders

• Build and mentor product teams to support scaling initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management (preferably in FinTech or crypto)

• Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

• Proven expertise in launching and scaling digital products

• Strong understanding of product metrics and product economics

• Skilled in roadmap management, prioritization, and decision-making in uncertain environments

• Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams

• Background in building and managing product teams

• Knowledge of Web3

Location and Work Model

This position is remote or hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Europe. Occasional travel may be required for strategic alignment and team coordination.
