Senior Product Manager (Internal Products)

Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development of internal AI solutions for Customer Support: including chatbots, voice assistants, automation tools and platform integrations. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping tools that directly enhance the efficiency of our entire customer and partner support organization.
You’ll take ownership of AI-driven products, translating user needs into real solutions, driving hands-on execution, and ensuring measurable impact.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong product instincts with a builder’s mindset and thrives in an AI environment in practice.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and improve internal AI products including chatbots, voice bots, and automation workflows;

  • Design and launch self-service solutions for external users (e.g., partner messaging tools, guest–host chat interfaces, automated information delivery);

  • Build products that empower internal support teams while reducing inbound workload;

  • Lead end-to-end product development: from research and prototyping to delivery and iteration;

  • Configure and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Voximplant, Just AI, Edna);

  • Leverage low-code / no-code tools to accelerate time-to-value;

  • Analyze product usage and support metrics, validate hypotheses through PoCs, and make data-driven improvements;

  • Collaborate with support, operations, engineering, and analytics teams to build aligned, high-impact solutions;

  • Advocate for scalable, proactive, and automation-first approaches across all support touchpoints.

Key qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI, automation, communication tools, or support operations;

  • Experience in high-volume operational environments (e.g., customer support, call centers, BPOs) is a strong plus;

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead product initiatives from discovery to launch;

  • Practical experience with conversational AI (chatbots, voice bots), knowledge assistants, AI summaries, or prompt tools;

  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and third-party integrations;

  • Knowledge of LLMs, voice AI, and NLU/NLP technologies and how they can be applied in real-world use cases;

  • Analytical and data-driven: confident with product metrics, user insights, and A/B testing;

  • Independent and proactive: capable of managing your roadmap and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight;

  • Strategic thinker who can align product development with business efficiency goals;

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to share product best practices across teams.

We offer you

  • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.

  • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.

  • Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.

  • Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.

  • Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.

  • Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.

  • MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day once per quarter without loss of compensation.
