Senior Product Manager (Growth)
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will own and grow conversion-to-purchase metrics across the full acquisition funnel.
Your role goes beyond in-product flows — you’ll work end-to-end, from understanding acquisition channels and creative strategy to optimizing product experience and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Own key conversion metrics: conversion to purchase, and incremental revenue growth.
Analyze user behavior and optimize every touchpoint — from the first ad impression to completed payment.
Run high-velocity product experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion rates at scale.
Work closely with marketing to align creative strategy, messaging, and onboarding flows that drive purchase intent.
Understand the impact of acquisition channels (paid, organic, referral, etc.) on user behavior and in-product conversion.
Design onboarding and activation flows tailored to user intent, channel source, and behavioral profiles.
Experiment with segments, warm-up strategies, paywalls, upsells, and offers to increase ARPU and first-time conversions.
Deeply understand user pain points — listen to what users say, feel, and struggle with, and turn those insights into high-converting product journeys.
Leverage UX and sales psychology techniques such as scarcity, urgency, storytelling, personalization, and social proof.
Collaborate with growth marketing to craft irresistible value-driven offers, increase perceived outcome value, and reduce decision friction.
Build and analyze behavioral funnels, attribution models, and key decision points to identify and remove conversion blockers.
Translate insights into fast execution — build dashboards, run A/B tests, and prioritize actions with clear revenue impact.
Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, product teams, analytics, and engineering to deliver end-to-end conversion impact.
Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years in product management, growth, or customer lifecycle roles with expertise in subscription-based businesses.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue in digital products
Experience in optimizing customer journeys, particularly sales funnels
Strong understanding of acquisition channels and how they impact user behaviour
Strong skills in analyzing user behavior and payment data to derive actionable insights.
Data-driven decision-maker with a strong analytical background.
Proficiency in building and working with growth models.
Expertise in A/B testing and implementing successful warm-up strategies.
High level of collaboration and leadership abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
