We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Mobile Team and shape the future of TaxDome’s mobile experience. This role blends product thinking, user empathy, and visual craft to design intuitive, consistent, and delightful mobile solutions that empower our clients to work smarter on the go.

As part of the mobile team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end design — from research and ideation to polished interfaces — ensuring every detail aligns with our vision and improves the daily workflows of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile UX Design

• Design end-to-end mobile UX flows, user scenarios, and edge cases for iOS/Android.

• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.

• Apply native iOS/Android patterns and ensure platform consistency.

• Maintain and improve existing features with a focus on usability and retention.

2. User & Data-Driven Design

• Participate in discovery phases, user interviews, and sync with UX researchers.

• Work with UX metrics (task success rate, retention, error rate) and analytics tools.

• Contribute to usability testing and integrate user feedback into design decisions.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with mobile developers, product managers.

• Write and maintain documentation for handoffs (Confluence, Figma specs).

• Support features from idea to post-release, including feedback collection and iteration.

4. Design System Contribution

• Contribute to the mobile section of our Design System.

• Build and maintain mobile components, states, and usage guidelines.

• Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency across clusters.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product or Mobile Designer in a product company.

• Solid experience designing for both iOS and Android, with understanding of Apple HIG and Material Design.

• Proficiency in Figma: auto-layouts, components, variants, variables.

• Strong knowledge of mobile UX principles and responsive design.

• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in fintech, accounting, or CRM platforms.

• Familiarity with design systems and Atomic Design methodology.

• Skills in interface animation (Figma, Lottie, Protopie).

• Knowledge of App Store Guidelines and A/B testing for mobile apps.

• Understanding of product/business metrics: MAU, retention, churn, activation.
