Senior Product Designer
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Cupid Media team.
Your main tasks will be:
Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues;
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department;
Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis;
Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes;
Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process;
Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience;
UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma;
Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
We expect from you:
Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products;
Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions;
Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation;
Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative. And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.
Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence;
Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight;
C1+ or higher level of English proficiency;
