About the Role
We are looking for a Senior OT Data & Systems Engineer to support and evolve a complex operational technology (OT) landscape in the energy / utilities domain. This role combines hands-on technical work with coordination and stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support existing OT application landscape

• Manage access and administration of 3rd-party SQL databases

• Integrate new data sources into OT systems

• Act as main contact for business stakeholders on OT data needs

• Coordinate internal/external teams and ensure knowledge transfer

• Support and document OT infrastructure (BoP, substations)

• Work with AVEVA PI & Bazefield for monitoring and analytics

Requirements

• 5+ years in real-time data processing / OT environments

• Experience with SCADA systems, alarms & event handling

• Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC-DA/UA, IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus)

• Strong SQL skills (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Experience with Azure (Databases, Data Lake Gen2)

• PowerShell scripting

• Solid understanding of IT systems, networking

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience in renewables / utilities

• Familiarity with ITIL4

• Leadership experience (small teams)
