.Net Back-end Developer (FinTech exp. mandatory)

• Fully remote

• Location: Worldwide, except Russia and Belarus

• Mandatory experience working in the FinTech domain.

As a team member, you'll be involved in:Designing and implementing event‑driven and microservice-based architectures using modern .NET technologies.

• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and background services for real-time financial operations. 

• Participating in Agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, estimation, retrospectives) with product, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Taking ownership of features from concept to production—including architecture, testing, and monitoring.

•  Proactively refactoring legacy components and evolving the platform architecture for scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Translating product and compliance requirements into robust unit, integration, and end‑to‑end test coverage.

• Contributing to code reviews, CI/CD workflows, documentation, and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience working in the FinTech domain.

• 5+ years of commercial experience with .NET/C# in production systems.

• Hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1+ / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and background services.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

• Practical knowledge of multithreading, async/await, and designing resilient, high-load systems.

• Experience with MSSQL, Redis, data caching, transactions, and query optimization.

• Understanding of message orchestration patterns (saga, idempotency, DLQ).

•  Solid knowledge of SOLID principles, clean code practices, and design patterns.

• Good English for documentation; Ukrainian or Russian for team communication.

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying and running services in a cloud environment; familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, etc.).

• Familiarity with Kafka/Azure EventHubs, gRPC, or message queues (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (App Insights, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
