Senior Marketing Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to help us unlock growth across our casual mobile gaming portfolio. You’ll play a key role in analyzing user acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for scale, and providing insights that shape our marketing decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the mobile gaming and UA landscape, and can turn data into actionable business recommendations.
You won’t be responsible for building predictive models yourself — but you’ll work closely with our in-house forecasting and analytics team to bridge data science outputs with practical UA and growth strategies.
🛠 Responsibilities:
Analyze the performance of paid UA campaigns across multiple channels
Identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities in acquisition, retention, and monetization
Collaborate with UA, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to drive campaign improvements
Design and evaluate tests for creatives, offers, targeting, and other performance levers
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
Partner with the Data Science team to improve how we interpret and apply modeled metrics
Mentor marketers and cross-functional partners in marketing analytics and data literacy
✅ Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics within mobile gaming
Strong understanding of UA mechanics and campaign performance measurement
Advanced SQL skills; able to work efficiently with large datasets (ClickHouse experience is a plus)
Confident with Python (especially Pandas, NumPy)
Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI)
Excellent communication skills — able to tell compelling stories with data
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in cross-functional environments
Bonus: experience with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust), AdTech tools, or campaign automation systems
