Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js + Backend)

About Us:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help us build and scale our products in the areas of VR training and AI-powered knowledge systems. 

You will work across the full stack — designing backend services, APIs, and modern React/Next.js frontends used by enterprise customers and internal teams. 

Our team values engineers who work efficiently and make use of modern AI development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform audits of existing systems 

• Build and evolve core backend services and APIs 

• Develop and maintain user-facing web applications, including: 
  - customer-facing features 
  - an internal/admin portal 

• Design and implement features with multi-tenant and security considerations 

• Collaborate with product to translate requirements into technical solutions 

• Improve existing systems for reliability, clarity, and scalability 

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning 

• Support the integration of AI-powered features (without building models yourself)

  Requirements:

Full-Stack Development 

• Senior-level professional experience (5+ years) in software engineering 

• Strong experience with frameworks like React, Next.js, NestJS 

• Strong experience with backend development (Node.js or Python) 

• Strong understanding of security risks in web and SaaS applications 

• Experience building REST APIs 

• Good understanding of system architecture and scalable backend design 

AI-Driven Development Workflow 

• Solid experience actively applying AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex or similar) in the development process 

• Ability to use these tools effectively to accelerate and improve development 

Backend & Infrastructure 

• Experience with FastAPI, NestJS, Express, or similar frameworks 

• Experience with Docker 

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or similar) 

Nice to Have 

• Project Management experience 

• Experience with AI related projects (RAG systems, agents, etc) 

• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, component libraries) 

• Experience working in startup environments
