Who we're looking for

We’re searching for a hands-on, growth-oriented Senior Frontend Engineer to boost our Technical Cluster - the team that builds, evolves, and maintains the shared UI foundation, design system (UI Kit), and build pipelines that let every product cluster ship fast and confidently.

You’ll partner with senior engineers, EMs, and tech-PMs to craft resilient front-end architectures, refine our tooling, and keep our user-facing foundations rock-solid as we scale.

Frontend: React 18+, TypeScript 5+, React Query, Zustand, Vite, SCSS/CSS Modules

Testing & Quality: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Storybook, Chromatic

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS

CI/CD & VCS: Jenkins, GitLab CI

What you’ll do

• Own company-wide UI libraries & build tools: design, develop, and operate them in production.

• Shape front-end architecture with strong senior engineers: break monolith UIs into well-bounded modules, improve performance & accessibility, and tame technical debt.

• Raise the bar on code quality through reviews, Storybook-driven development, and strategic refactoring.

• Drive foundational improvements (design-system governance, visual regression testing, CI/CD, bundle-size budgets) that make every frontend scope of work faster.

• Collaborate closely with Staff Engineers, and the CTO to translate product vision into dependable front-end infrastructure and realistic milestones.

• Share knowledge with other clusters and contribute to hiring.

About you

• 5–8 years of professional front-end development experience.

• Proven track record of shipping production SPAs used by thousands.

• Deep understanding of browser internals, web performance, accessibility, and responsive design.

• Comfortable owning features end-to-end: from RFC to production rollout and post-mortem.

• Clear communicator who explains trade-offs, listens to feedback, and builds consensus.

• Passion for clean, readable code and a pragmatic approach to technical excellence.

It Will Be a Plus

• Modularising large SPAs: hands-on experience breaking a monolithic React codebase into micro-front-ends, Module Federation, or other plug-and-play architectures.

• Observability from the browser: real-user monitoring, Core Web Vitals budgets, Sentry/New Relic dashboards, and data-driven performance experiments.

• Design-system stewardship: Storybook, visual-regression testing (Chromatic/Playwright), and a track record of keeping components accessible and themeable.

• Full-stack curiosity: enough backend know-how (REST/GraphQL, Node or Ruby APIs) to debug across the stack when needed.
