Senior Farmer

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure setup and preparation;

• Farming and managing accounts;

• Working with payment systems;

• Monitoring and supporting accounts;

• Delivering ready-made accounts to customers;

• Team collaboration;

• Reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Preparation, creation, and farming of Gmail profiles, as well as warming up Google Ads accounts using predefined or custom schemes;

• Unblocking accounts and ensuring their long-term functionality for campaign launches;

• Testing new methods and strategies to improve account quality and efficiency;

• Working with external suppliers: acquiring profiles, adding data to the CRM, and delivering accounts to clients;

• Passing advertiser and commercial verification processes;

• Maintaining regular reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience bypassing blocks, restrictions, and completing commercial verifications;

• Familiarity with various types of proxy servers;

• Own tools or frameworks in account farming.

Technical Stack

• Anti-detect browsers (e.g., Dolphin, AdsPower, etc.);

• Proxy and networking tools (HTTP/SOCKS5, residential/mobile proxies);

• Google services (Gmail, Google Ads, Google Workspace, etc.);

• Payment systems (bank cards, virtual wallets, etc.);

• Virtualization and remote environments (VPS/RDP) for account hosting.
