Director of Marketing

Bidmachine is one of the fastest-growing mobile adtech companies, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead the marketing team in a high-growth company. 

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for executing on GTM plans, building brand awareness and trust with our platform, creating strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth and demand generation for new business.

We are looking for an expert marketer who understands how to solve customer pain points and can develop a deep understanding of products. You will work closely with sales, product and leadership, possess strong communication and organisation skills. You will need to think like an entrepreneur, have a bias for action and outcomes, and be able to take advantage of opportunities in a fast-paced market. 


Requirements for the role:

  • At least 10 years in a marketing leadership role and at least 5 years in an adtech-related industry;

  • Proven track record of taking ownership for delivering revenue growth;

  • Proven experience with customer-facing messaging and positioning of adtech solutions;

  • Strong background in leveraging email marketing, display advertising, social media, and event strategies to drive new business and customer growth;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 

  • Self-starter, independent, initiative taker and bias for action; 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making;

  • Passion for making a positive impact in the world.


Key outcomes:

  • Increase Bidmachine’s brand awareness across the portfolio's core customer segments;

  • Grow and be accountable for top-of-funnel leads for each product via demand generation initiatives with clear messaging aligned with the value proposition to support sales targets;

  • Increase upsell, cross-sell, and product updates via content marketing plans that drive sales and activation;

  • Support the sales teams with sales enablement materials that underpin a strong and innovative product-led organisation;

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch products and features to drive fast adoption and usage;

  • Implement a marketing dashboard that links marketing efforts to clearly defined business and revenue outcomes;

  • Gain a thorough understanding of customers by researching the market, identifying customer types, analyzing target groups, talking directly to customers, and reviewing company data.
