Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with the following Key qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in backend development: Python, Go, TypeScript, PHP; we’re language-agnostic.

  • Professional English Proficiency (C1 level, B2 at the very least)

  • Full ownership over the lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, monitor, improve

  • Strong with RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, CI/CD, Docker, and testing

  • Hands-on with AWS/GCP, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry), and scaling (caching, DB tuning, load testing)
