Senior AI Consultant

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python

• CI/CD pipelines – container development (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

• Databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, vector databases)

• Experience with a Feature Store

• ML frameworks: PyTorch, Pandas, PySpark

• Use and training of Red Hat OpenShift AI

• Team Leadership Experience

• Strong knowledge of cloud environments

• Jenkins

• ArgoCD

• OpenShift AI

• Tekton

• Airflow

Responsibilities:

• Application of Data Science methodologies

• Subject-matter and technical consulting during concept planning and implementation of Data Science projects (e.g., text mining)

• Comparative evaluation of commercially available Data Science / AI frameworks

• Development and further enhancement of models (including (re-)training, fine-tuning, etc.)

• Implementation of data engineering tasks

• Clear, traceable documentation of delivered services

Language Requirements:

• German: B2 level (a priority)

• English: C1 level
