We’re building a world-class sales engine to support our continued growth, and we’re looking for a driven, curious, and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
Your mission as SDR will be to generate and qualify new business opportunities by creating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team, directly fueling TaxDome’s growth in the Japan market
📝 What You'll Do
Prospect potential customers via cold calls, emails, social media, and event follow-ups
Qualify leads by understanding business needs and decision-making processes
Clearly articulate TaxDome’s value proposition and tailor messaging to client pain points
Maintain and update lead records and interactions in HubSpot and reporting tools
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize campaigns
Consistently hit or exceed daily activity targets and monthly pipeline goals
Contribute ideas to improve SDR scripts, tools, and outreach tactics continuously
đź§ What You Bring
Native Japanese speaker with fluent English (C1+)
Proven communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections
Organized, proactive, and resilient — thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Interest in tech sales and long-term growth (SDR to AE and beyond)
Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred)
Prior experience in prospecting, inside sales, or client-facing roles is a plus
Self-motivated and proactive: you bring energy, ownership, and a drive to win every day
Bonus Points If You Have
Background in accounting, finance, or B2B SaaS
Experience working in a global, fully remote team

🎯 What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
Consistently deliver pipeline → Generate and qualify sales-qualified leads (SQLs) per month.
Exceed activity KPIs → Achieve or surpass weekly outreach metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, event follow-ups).
Improve conversion quality → Increase the % of qualified leads accepted by AEs by asking the right discovery questions.
Collaborate seamlessly → Build trust with AEs and Marketing by ensuring a smooth handoff of opportunities.
Contribute insights → Share market feedback that improves messaging, targeting, or sales tactics.
