๐ SPH Engineering is hiring an Inbound SDR (Sales Development Representative)
๐Location: Hungary
SPH Engineering builds professional technology solutions used in 150+ countries. Weโre looking for an energetic SDR who can turn a list of enterprise accounts into real opportunities โ through deep research, personalized outreach, and solid hand-offs to AEs.
๐งญ What youโll do:
โ Respond to inbound leads within 15 minutes during core hours; engage via phone, email, and live chat.
โ Qualify opportunities using a BANT checklist; document discovery in CRM.
โ Book qualified meetings for AEs and ensure clean handoffs with clear next steps.
โ Nurture earlier-stage leads with light sequences; re-qualify dormant MQLs.
โ Keep CRM spotless: complete fields, log activities, and run weekly pipeline hygiene.
โ Feedback loop: share lead quality insights with Marketing; tag recurring objections/needs.
โ Stay current on our payloads, core use-cases (mining, construction, geophysics, hydrography), and competitor positioning.
๐ผ You have:
โ 2+ years in an inbound B2B SDR role for a technical product (international markets).
โ Excellent written & spoken English (C1); French or German is a strong plus.
โ Hands-on with CRM (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, dialer/chat tools.
โ Structured qualification and discovery skills; clear, concise writing.
โ Tech curiosity and fast learning; you enjoy translating complex tech into plain value.
