Retention Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Retention Marketing Manager to lead strategies that boost user engagement and retention, ultimately driving sales. In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to launch impactful promo campaigns, run A/B tests, segment users, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement multichannel user journeys (email, push, in-app, web) based on behavioral data
Track and optimize key retention metrics (ARPU, churn rate, LTV and others) using internal dashboards and analytics tools
Build retention curves and run A/B tests to validate retention improvement hypotheses
Design effective onboarding experiences: welcome flows, guides, and interactive tutorials
Develop and implement loyalty programs and incentive mechanics to improve retention
Launch and analyze NPS/CSAT surveys and collect feedback from at-risk users
Collaborate with product to implement retention-focused features and content to craft effective triggers and communications
Identify users at high risk of churn and launch win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed users
YOUR PROFILE:
2+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle marketing and CRM in B2C products
Strong marketing mindset with a strategic and structured approach
Familiarity with user engagement tactics
Experience with email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
Fluent in Russian and English
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with video streaming or content platforms is a plus
