QA Engineer Backend [Risk Technology]

Risk Technology team:

We are a backend engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the core scoring system that evaluates customers during the credit approval process (debit cards, credit cards, loans, etc.). Our platform processes customer data, integrates with internal and external data sources, and applies risk assessment models to support accurate and efficient credit decision-making. We focus on system reliability, scalability, performance, and compliance to ensure high-quality scoring and seamless integration with other business systems.
As a QA, you’ll play a key role in ensuring stability and reliability across the platform, collaborating closely with engineers and product teams.

Challenges that await you:

• Analysis of requirements, creation of test scenarios, preparation of test data

• Acceptance and regression testing mostly automated

• Writing and maintaining automated tests in Python

• Detection, localization, and reporting of defects using an issue tracking system

• Development and maintenance of the test project

• Integration of automated tests into CI/CD

• Communication with the product team during development and participation in releases

• Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation

• Experience in Python programming

• Experience working with Git or other version control systems

• Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests in Python

• Experience in developing and maintaining a test framework

• Experience with frameworks: Allure-Pytest, Pytest

Your bonus skills:

• Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (protobuf)

• Load/performance testing experience

• Experience working with SQL

• Experience working with message queues (Kafka)

• Knowledge and understanding of software design patterns
