Prompt Engineer

We're expanding our Prompt Engineering team and are looking for a Conversational Designer to join us!

Requirements:
● Experience working with data in AI/ML projects with at least 2–3 years;
● Background in business process analysis and automation — ideally in fintech, telecom, or retail;
● Extensive hands-on experience prompting LLMs (ideally several different models) for business use cases;
● Experience designing conversational flows for AI agents or chatbots using specialized platforms — ideally RASA;
● Strong analytical skills: ability to break down complex systems, identify key elements, and communicate them clearly and concisely;
● Python scripting skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:
● Analyze how business processes work on the client side: study internal instructions for employees, as well as real conversation recordings and transcripts;
● Based on this analysis, design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate these processes;
● Create training and test data sets;
● Develop and apply methodologies to assess the quality of the AI agents’ performance and use them to refine the agents.
