Project Manager (Web3)

We’re a team building Telegram-based applications in the Web3/crypto space. We move fast, stay flexible, launch MVPs, test hypotheses, and scale what works. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can help keep focus and timelines on track while managing multiple products in parallel.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage 4–5 ongoing projects simultaneously
2. Create and monitor project timelines and delivery milestones
3. Coordinate developers, designers
4. Run regular standups and sync meetings
5. Track tasks and progress in project management tools
6. Help prioritize work and structure sprints

Requirements

1. Proven experience managing multiple tech projects in parallel
2. Technical background — you understand how development works
3. Hands-on experience with Web3 / crypto products
4. Familiarity with Telegram bots, APIs, and product logic
