Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for IT projects of varying complexity, including web and mobile development, enterprise systems, and AI/ML solutions. The PM will be the key link between the client and the internal team, ensuring smooth delivery, strong communication, and financial responsibility for the project.

The role implies ownership of the project end-to-end: from forming the team to managing scope, budget, deadlines, and client relationships. Depending on the workload, you may lead from 1 to 5 projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of projects and relationships with clients.

• Communication with international clients and coordination with their teams.

• Forming and onboarding project teams (reviewing candidates, ensuring a strong match for project needs).

• Budgeting, planning, reporting, and responsibility for financial results.

• Designing, reviewing, and approving project documentation (specifications, roadmaps, estimations, etc.).

• Coordination of tasks between analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.

• Managing and developing distributed teams: synchronization routines, effective communication, task delegation, workload management.

• Monitoring project progress (scope, timeline, budget) and ensuring quality delivery.

• Applying Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies depending on the project.

• Conducting sprint reviews, retrospectives, and ensuring process transparency.

• Team performance evaluation and motivation.

• Preparing weekly reports to company management.

• In some cases — participation in debt collection processes and working with time trackers (including screen monitoring).

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing or custom software development companies.

• Proven experience working with foreign clients.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools: Jira, Trello, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet.

• Understanding of client-side systems (CRM, enterprise management systems).

• Experience with AI/ML projects will be a strong plus.

• General understanding of software architecture.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — C1 level or higher.

• Russian - for internal communication.
