Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery in the Payments domain, driving end-to-end execution of payment provider integrations, platform payment flow improvements, and operational stability.

This role is responsible for creating predictable delivery processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration with payment providers (PSPs), banks, gateways, fraud/AML services, and internal stakeholders. You will be the operational backbone of Payments delivery - resolving blockers, maintaining transparency with metrics, and ensuring integrations are launched efficiently and operate reliably at scale


Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT Project or Delivery Management (preferably in Payments, Fintech, SaaS, or iGaming).

  • Proven track record managing external integrations and cross-department delivery.

  • Strong understanding of PSP integrations, payment flows, REST APIs, and PSP certification processes.

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, and delivery governance.

  • Experience in risk management, escalation handling, and partner communication.

  • KPI/metrics proficiency: throughput, lead/cycle time, SLA, regression/defect density.

  • Operational ownership: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

  • Structured thinker with a problem-solving approach and escalation maturity.

  • Clear communicator with the ability to align technical & business stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage payment integration projects (scope, timelines, resourcing, dependencies).

  • Build scalable processes for repeatable PSP onboarding and maintenance.

  • Coordinate cross-team delivery (engineering, QA, analytics, operations, product, support).

  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for PSPs, acquirers, banks, and external providers.

  • Support issue resolution during onboarding, certification, and production launch phases.

  • Manage provider escalations, operational incidents, and cross-team troubleshooting.

  • Ensure SLA alignment, reporting, and communication loops with external partners.

  • Establish and maintain delivery standards, workflows, and escalation rules.

  • Create KPI-driven visibility (throughput, lead time, stability, error rates).

  • Maintain release discipline: validation, handover, knowledge base, documentation maturity.

  • Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and capacity coordination.

  • Maintain transparency for business & leadership through structured reporting.
