Project Manager

Our product team is growing fast — and so is our Transaction Monitoring solution.
It’s a technically complex product with tons of interdependencies, scaling rapidly, and playing a key role in the company’s growth. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to jump into this challenge and help us keep the momentum.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving a portfolio of projects within the product team.

• Balancing requirements from multiple Product Owners and stakeholders.

• Owning the roadmap and keeping release plans on track.

• Working closely with developers, QA, and analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Turning customer feedback and support reports into actionable improvements.

• Managing dependencies and mitigating risks before they become blockers.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management.

• Strong background with technically complex products (FinTech, compliance, risk, or transaction monitoring are a big plus).

• Excellent stakeholder management skills; juggling priorities is your comfort zone.

• Experience handling risks and dependencies across teams and projects.

• Solid grasp of Agile: keeping control without unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Confidence with roadmaps, release planning, and clear communication.

• Strong command of English.

Extra points if you:

• Have a technical background or hands-on experience in complex, interconnected projects.

• Bring experience from FinTech, compliance, or risk domains.

• Have worked with distributed/international teams.
