Project Manager (Architectural 3D Visualisation)

What will you do in this position?

— Project Management: lead 3-4 predictive projects focused on creating exterior renders and interior 3D tours for real estate developers

— Planning and Monitoring: develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle

— Team Coordination: manage daily work of in-house specialists and contractors, including task allocation, progress tracking, and issue resolution

— Client Communication: serve as main point of contact for clients regarding requirements, deliverable approvals, and project status updates

— Estimation: participate in budgeting and timeline development for new projects

— Integration Sync: coordinate with Delivery Manager to ensure timely delivery of 3D content for integration into the web application

— Quality Assurance: maintain high standards of visual quality while adhering to project constraints

Our ideal candidate:

— Required: 3+ years of experience in predictive (Waterfall) project management, preferably in 3D visualization, real estate, or related fields

— Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget

Practical Experience:

— Managing 3-4 concurrent projects from initiation to delivery

— Developing detailed project plans: timelines, budgets, resource allocation

— Coordinating in-house teams and external contractors 3D

— Conducting daily sync meetings and removing blockers

— Client communication: requirements gathering, status updates, approval management

— Participating in pre-sales activities: estimating budgets and timelines

— Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Delivery Manager, development team)

— Experience in startup environments

— Background in architectural 3D visualization projects

— Understanding of real estate development cycles
