Project Management Officer

B2Tech is seeking an experienced PMO to be the right-hand of our Chief Information Officer. The successful candidate will focus 90% of their time on core PMO tasks and 10% on broader Project Management.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and methodologies.

• Assist senior management in prioritizing projects based on strategic goals and ROI.

• Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects (human, financial, technological).

• Monitor project portfolio alignment with strategic objectives and budgetary performance.

• Define, collect, and report on project performance metrics.

• Provide and maintain project management software/tools.

• Introduce best practices and trends in project management.

• Assess and improve PMO processes for increased efficiency.

• Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management for effective communication.

• Ensure stakeholder expectations are set and managed effectively.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of PMO/Project Manager experience.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing project management standards.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects based on strategic goals.

• Proficient in defining and reporting on project performance metrics.

• Familiarity with project management software/tools.

• Knowledge of best practices and trends in project management.

• Strong strategic planning skills
