What will be in your zone of influence
Run delivery pipeline end-to-end - from requests to release
Balance stakeholder demands and team load (PM=diplomat)
Manage tasks, kill blockers, speed up releases
Coordinate integrations with partners (banks, security, marketing)
Drive team’s metrics: faster time-to-market & fewer bugs
Keep clear reporting
