Product Owner (E-commerce)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the creation of a modern e-commerce platform that serves all customer segments — from individual musicians to B2B partners, dealers, and institutions. The goal is to bring multiple existing e-commerce sites together into one scalable, high-performance platform that becomes the go-to place for premium sheet music, books, instruments, and educational materials.

Your role will be to grow sales, reach more customers, and open up new revenue streams across the MUSE ecosystem by connecting this platform with our other products, creating a seamless experience that increases the value we deliver to every user.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

  • Lead the migration of multiple B2B and B2C e-commerce sites into a single, scalable platform with a unified catalog, backend, and brand.

  • Design and implement customer journeys for all segments (B2B, B2C, institutional) to maximize revenue and retention.

  • Build and maintain integrations with operational systems to enable scalable catalog and order management.

  • Integrate the platform into the MUSE ecosystem to drive cross-product value.

  • Define, track, and monitor KPIs for sales growth, customer engagement, and ecosystem impact.

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and ensure steady product growth.

  • Shape and lead the right team to execute the vision and deliver results.

Required Experience: 

  • Proven success as a Product Owner / Manager for high-traffic e-commerce platforms, ideally with over 1M monthly active users.

  • Experience driving both platform transformation and revenue growth in an e-commerce context.

  • Experience in hypothesis-driven development, experimentation, and delivering measurable product impact.

  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex architectural decisions, including integrations, catalog structures, and backend workflows.

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce business mechanics — pricing models, taxes, regional regulations, discounts, promotions, and B2B-specific conditions.

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
