Product Owner

We are looking for a strong Product Owner to own the development and evolution of our crypto-banking product. This is a hands-on role focused on turning ideas into working features and making sure the product actually delivers value to users and the business.

You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and operations to keep priorities clear, remove blockers, and make sure the product develops in a consistent and practical way.

What you will do

• Define the product direction based on customer needs, market research, and regulatory constraints.

• Build and maintain a clear roadmap that matches priorities with realistic delivery capacity.

• Break larger goals into practical tasks for engineering, design, compliance, and operations.

• Plan and run the delivery process: prioritise work, manage dependencies, and keep progress predictable.

• Make sure testing and releases are organised so quality stays high and surprises are avoided.

• Talk regularly with users and partners, test ideas, and validate assumptions. 

• Set up and maintain product analytics to understand usage, performance, and business impact.

• Work with Compliance early in the process so regulatory requirements are built into the product from the start.

• Prepare and maintain product and process documentation needed for regulators and partners.

• Support go-to-market efforts: help define positioning, messaging, and run early experiments to see what works.

What we expect

• Strong experience in product ownership / product management in fintech, crypto, or regulated environments.

• Ability to think both strategically and operationally, and switch between levels without losing focus.

• Solid understanding of unit economics, go-to-market basics, and growth mechanics.

• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, compliance, operations, marketing.

• Strong process skills: planning, prioritization, delivery control, and risk management.

• Comfort working with incomplete information and turning it into clear, executable plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• English, Russian: solid working level.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory frameworks (MiCA, DORA, Travel Rule, licensing processes).

• Hands-on experience with analytics tools, SQL, or data exploration.

• Background in crypto-banking, payments, custody, or financial infrastructure products.

• Technical background or strong technical understanding (engineering, QA, or architecture exposure).
