Product Operations Manager
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our live products — Slimlink and SpaceLama. You will ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of these platforms, supporting growth through effective coordination between product, tech, and business teams. Your focus will be on execution: maintaining configurations, managing partners and vendors, monitoring key metrics, and enabling the continuous improvement of product operations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, operations, and data — ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into scalable processes and ensuring products perform at their best.
Responsibilities
Manage daily product operations: configurations, partner integrations, and platform performance.
Coordinate cross-functional activities between Product, Tech, Support, Legal and Account Management teams.
Collect, structure, and communicate operational requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Track key product metrics (usage, retention, delivery rates, performance KPIs) and prepare analytical reports.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Support Product Manager in planning and prioritizing operational initiatives.
Maintain structured documentation in Confluence and ensure alignment in Jira.
Handle partner and vendor communications related to service delivery and operations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations (preferably in IT, SaaS, or Telecom).
Experience working with B2B products and service platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Confidence in professional communication and reporting in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Nice to have
Experience supporting product management or working with live B2B platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Understanding of product metrics, data analysis, or BI dashboards (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Background in telecom, PaaS, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
