Product Mobile Designer (Credit Products)
We’re looking for a Senior Product Mobile Designer to lead the design of credit products in our mobile bank. This role is about turning complex financial mechanics — credit lines, installments, limits, schedules, fees, and edge cases — into experiences that feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy for millions of users. You will own the full lifecycle of credit products: from onboarding and credit origination to everyday interactions and long-term product evolution. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, UX, and business logic, shaping how users understand, use, and manage credit inside the app. This role requires strong product thinking, the ability to simplify complexity, and confidence in leading design decisions for one of the most critical areas of the bank.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of credit products from origination to every day use.
Translate complex financial logic and business rules into clear, simple, and intuitive user experiences.
Own UX quality across the entire credit journey: structure, flows, states, edge cases, and scalability over time.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to shape solutions from early discovery to launch.
Work closely with the product designer who owns debit products to jointly build best-in-class banking products in Southeast Asia.
Drive design initiatives: identify problems, propose improvements, and push changes through implementation.
Use research, analytics, and experimentation to validate decisions and continuously improve the credit experience.
Balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints in design decisions.
What we expect from candidate
3+ years of experience as a product designer with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android).
Excellent command of Figma (Senior+/Lead level).
Strong ability to think and design systemically (not just individual screens).
High level of independence and proactivity — you’re comfortable driving ambiguous problems to clarity.
Knowledge of mobile usability principles, user research and A/B testing.
Ability to make data-driven decisions, combining creativity with business goals.
Understanding of mobile development constraints and ability to design realistic concepts.
Experience creating and implementing animations (Lottie, Rive, AE) is a plus.
Fluency in English (B1/B2) as all communication is in English.
