Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing fintech company offering global payouts for freelancers and remote teams. We have more than 200 Corporate clients and 1000 contractors worldwide. Our mission is to simplify cross-border payments for businesses hiring international talent — making it easy, compliant, instant, and cost-effective.
As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will bridge the gap between product development and the market — helping ensure that products not only meet customer needs but also succeed commercially.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Positioning and Messaging
Develops clear, compelling messaging that communicates the product’s value.
Defines how the product stands out from competitors (unique selling proposition).
Creates the story that sales, marketing, and PR teams use to promote the product.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Plans and executes launches for new products or major updates.
Coordinates across teams (product, sales, marketing, and customer success).
Defines target audiences, pricing strategy, and launch campaigns.
3. Market and Customer Research
Studies customer needs, behaviors, and feedback to guide product strategy.
Monitors competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Identifies opportunities for product differentiation or expansion.
4. Sales Enablement
Equips the sales team with product knowledge, sales materials, and pitch decks.
Creates case studies, demos, and battle cards to help close deals.
Trains sales reps on new features and positioning.
5. Performance Analysis
Tracks KPIs such as adoption rate, retention, and campaign ROI.
Gather feedback post-launch to refine marketing or influence product roadmap.
Uses data to measure success of messaging, pricing, and GTM strategies.

The product team builds the features.
The PMM identifies which industries will benefit most, creates messaging like “Scale your startup faster with AI automated payroll tax calculations,” launches campaigns, and ensures sales teams know how to pitch it.

Strategic storytelling and communication
Understanding how to create good design offerings
