Your mission is to create a design system that accelerates sales, strengthens brand perception, and turns visuals into an engine for growth.
Role and area of influence:
You are the link between Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Your task is to make the visual part of the business systematic, predictable, and measurably effective.
You don't just complete tasks, you build mechanisms that allow the company to sell faster, more clearly, and at a higher price.
Main areas of focus:
Visual support for Sales and Marketing (landing pages, presentations, campaigns, communications).
Development and visual support for FinTech products.
Creation of a unified Gehtsoft design system: principles, templates, standards, guidelines.
Performance Outcomes
Month 1
Goal: Created a transparent design workflow, standardized all visual materials, and established effective communication between design, sales, and product teams.
Monthly results: The design process became transparent, materials became uniform, and the approval cycle was shortened.
Month 2
Goal: Design integrated into the sales process and conversion increased through consistency and visual accuracy.
Monthly results: Design became part of the sales funnel, accelerating the cycle from idea to launch.
Month 3
Goal: Design as a growth function, linking visual solutions to sales and product results.
Monthly results: Design strengthens Gehtsoft's positioning, helps the team sell faster, and test ideas visually.

Experience and skills:
Experience working in foreign IT companies (custom or product development).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Notion, Confluence.
Experience in design systematization (guidelines, components, design systems).
Understanding of UX, content design, and visual storytelling.
English — for communication with customers.
