Product Manager (Notifications and Lifecycle)
We are looking for a strategic product leader to lead the strategy and execution of how we communicate with our users. You will drive long-term retention, activation, and reactivation, build the CRM product roadmap, and implement scalable systems that directly impact key user and business metrics.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Core Product teams to deliver the best experience to our users. This is a highly visible, systems-oriented role that combines product craft, platform thinking, a data-driven approach, and user empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end Notifications strategy, including push, Live Activity and in-app messaging.
Balance retention uplift, irritation, and churn risk through evidence-based decision-making;
Work with product teams across Simple to define the CRM journey according to existing and new product flows;
Own the experimentation framework: hypothesis design, prioritization, segmentation, and implementation;
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and QA to deliver product changes and CRM-driven experiences;
Ensure alignment and consistency across CRM touchpoints and product surfaces;
Drive deep analysis of user behavior, AHA moments, and retention levers; track and improve key metrics;
Develop scalable CRM frameworks covering frequency, timing restrictions, cross-funnel logic, and personalization;
Develop requirements for analytics for operational monitoring as well as experimentation metrics;
Ensure CRM quality via structured QA, localization workflows, and production monitoring.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Lead PM, Senior PM, or CRM Lead in B2C Mobile Products;
Strong understanding of retention mechanics, activation funnels, and behavioral nudges;
Experience in growing at-scale consumer products and understanding growth via improved user experiences;
Experience with messaging technologies (e.g. push notifications, Live Activity, email systems or in-app messaging);
Strong technical fluency; able to work closely with engineering: provide requirements and set up processes;
Proven ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, and execute cross-functional projects;
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions.
Experience with AI tools in work operations.
Nice to Have:
Experience in health, fitness, or wellness products;
Experience building behavioral segmentation or user-state machines;
Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms;
What We Offer:
A senior role with real influence over product growth;
Autonomy in decision-making and experimentation;
A strong cross-functional team and a data-driven culture;
Room to innovate, systematize, scale, and leave a mark.
Perks and Benefits:
Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real difference with a game-changing health tech product;
A competitive salary package based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product plus stock options;
In-office, remote and hybrid work opportunities;
The equipment whatever you need to be happy and productive;
A premium SIMPLE subscription;
21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (those observed where you live);
Flexible hours. We focus on your results, not how long you spend at your desk.
