Role Overview

We're hiring a Product Manager to bolster product discovery, focusing on client-facing acquisition and conversion funnels. Analyze user flow, spot friction/drop-off, and drive improvements for higher conversion and satisfaction. Opportunities extend to internal tools, operational workflows, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery

● Lead recurring analytics reviews of acquisition funnels (drop-off, conversions, behaviors).

● Analyze user session recordings (FullStory/Hotjar) to pinpoint usability issues.

● Conduct user interviews with clients/stakeholders; prioritize ideas by impact/effort.

Spec Delivery

● Write detailed PRDs covering journeys, logic, edge cases, and criteria independently.

● Create wireframes/low-fid mockups (AI tools encouraged).

● Manage projects from discovery to launch; track post-launch metrics.

Funnel Automation & AI

● Automate acquisition flows (document collection, extraction, tax questionnaires).

● Use AI/UX best practices to cut steps, boost speed/completion.

● Master full client journey for ongoing AI/UX optimizations.

Required Qualifications

● 3+ years PM experience in B2C acquisition/onboarding/conversion.

● Strong product analytics (funnels, behavioral metrics).

● Experience with session tools like FullStory/Hotjar.

● Proven user interviews turning data into decisions.

● Independent PRD/wireframe creation (AI-fluent).

● Daily use of AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) for research/ideation.

● Native Russian speaker and excellent written English for async communication.
