Product Manager

N1 Partners Group ✨ is a fast-growing product company, which is always glad to see professionals from various areas of IT and iGaming in its team. We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will focus on product growth, hypothesis testing, and creating mechanisms to increase user return and retention.

• Russian - Advanced

The role will cover two main directions:

• Product development and growth – improving existing products, enhancing their functionality, and ensuring effective monetization.

• Traffic optimization product – collaborating with the SEO team to maximize the value of generated traffic, testing hypotheses, and implementing solutions that improve performance and user engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product growth: test hypotheses, implement mechanics for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Define product requirements, optimize existing features, and manage feature roadmaps.

• Collaborate with key teams: SEO, development, analytics, copywriting, and business leadership.

• Analyze funnels, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance metrics (CR, RR, LTV, ARPU).

• Oversee product development process, track deadlines, and ensure successful implementation of tasks.

• Manage budgets and evaluate channels for customer acquisition.

• Build, strengthen, and coordinate the team as needed.

• Scale successful solutions across products/projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in iGaming;

• Advanced English (B2 and higher);

• Ability to work in multitasking mode, sociability;

• Experience with CRM systems;

• Experience with ESP.

Working conditions:

• Work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta;
