Product Manager
We are seeking a strong Project Manager with Product Ownership mindset to bring structure, predictability, and healthy execution to the team. The role’s primary focus is project & delivery management (planning, dependencies, risk, releases, stakeholder alignment) while also ensuring a product-oriented approach to prioritization and value.
Key responsibilities:
Delivery Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery from idea to release, ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered predictably and on time.
Planning & Execution Cadence: Own high-level planning and prioritization across quarterly, monthly, and sprint cycles, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and definitions of done. Plan resources and capacity on a 3–6 month horizon, aligning stakeholder input from clients, COO, and sales/market.
Release Management: Drive release readiness (scope, QA gates, rollout plans, comms), coordinate launches, and keep a stable release calendar.
Risk, Dependency & Blocker Management: Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, manage cross-team dependencies and escalate early. Work closely with the team through regular 1:1s, performance assessment, and early response to emerging risks.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as the single source of truth for status, manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and prevent scope creep. Lead reporting and communication with CTO, COO, and Head of Sales. Participate in planning and brainstorming.
Process & Workflow Excellence: Implement and continuously improve lightweight processes, improve ticket quality, reduce “forgotten” tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Team Health & Sustainable Pace: Protect the team from chaos and overload by managing intake and interruptions, promoting a sustainable delivery rhythm.
Outcome Focus: Support product decisions with feedback loops and basic metrics, ensuring delivered work maps to customer and business value.
Maintain structured documentation across planning, delivery, and execution.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager within a product development company.
Proven experience managing teams of 6–8 people.
Hands-on experience with a commercially launched product, actively generating revenue, ideally $1M+ annually and below the $5–10M range.
Additional experience in Affiliate Marketing, AdTech, or SaaS is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in both English and Russian languages.
Project management experience or managing backlog, delivery within the role
