SpainRelocationHybrid

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Financial Services vertical—powering the money flows that keep our platform running and growing.

This team’s mission is to:

  • Drive B2C payments through Stripe and PayPal integrations, ensuring speed, reliability, and accuracy.

  • Own B2B billing for studios, including subscriptions, upsells, and fees.

  • Ensure financial compliance across the platform, including EU electronic invoicing, NF525, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Build a scalable financial foundation that fuels growth across geographies and unlocks new revenue streams through future embedded finance products.

As a Senior PM, you will own the product strategy and execution from end to end: defining visions & strategy, identifying opportunities, validating them through research, data, and user insights, delivering meaningful outcomes, measuring business impact, and iterating.

You will operate with full autonomy within a dedicated product squad and collaborate with Design & Engineering to lead initiatives that drive our metrics of adoption, growth, and efficiency. You’ll be deeply involved in shaping vision, driving innovation, leading roadmap prioritisation, and navigating trade-offs – always with a clear focus on delivering user and business value.

Responsibilities

🎯 Product strategy & ownership
  • Define and drive the vision for your product area and align it with company objectives.

  • Develop and own the product roadmap based on business goals, client needs, and market trends.

  • Own high-impact product management throughout the entire product lifecycle: discover & define problems, develop & deliver solutions with an iterative and data-driven approach.

💡 Discovery
  • Collaborate with our Design, UX Research and Data teams to capture & analyse qualitative and quantitative insights at scale.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market signals – understand where bsport stands in the market and where it’s heading.

🚀 Delivery
  • Lead cross-functional projects and dependencies with accountability for delivery, adoption, and impact.

  • Navigate trade-offs in roadmaps and cycle planning across new features, continuous improvements, and bug fixes to maximise impact while balancing competing priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Design & Engineering to build and ship optimal solutions, balancing usability, feasibility, and scope to deliver positive outcomes.

  • Guide the team in planning & delivering complex projects with clarity, speed, and resilience.

  • Identify risks, simplify complexity, and ensure execution stays tied to outcomes.

📈 Business impact & Go-To-Market
  • Define key impact KPIs and track business impact.

  • Use quick estimations and structured business cases to guide prioritisation and gain stakeholder alignment.

  • Collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Marketing to roll-out & launch products successfully.

  • Gather feedback & monitor success to iterate and prioritise the next product development phases.

  • Create training materials, lead product training, and ensure product documentation is up-to-date.

🤝 Cross-functional collaboration & leadership
  • Engage in the Product Department's activities, helping to establish best practices and workflows.

  • Partner with teams across the company to ensure product efforts are aligned and supported.

  • Build strong processes and communication flows with stakeholders.
