Product Lead, Client Reporting
We're SweedPos, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. We're on the lookout for a Product Lead, Client Reporting to own and scale our client-facing analytics and reporting experience — from dashboards to advanced reports that help cannabis retailers run their business.
As Product Lead, Client Reporting, you will own reporting as a product: how data is defined, packaged, and delivered to clients through dashboards and reports. Your work will shape how clearly retailers understand their performance, inventories, and growth opportunities.
You connect our data platform with real client workflows in a multi‑tenant B2B SaaS environment.
You define reporting standards, key metrics, and how reports evolve over time.
You combine product leadership with a strong grounding in reporting / product analytics.
What you’ll work on
Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for client‑facing dashboards and reports.
Prioritize and deliver reporting features that are actually used, not just shipped.
Run discovery with customers (interviews, demos, feedback) focused on reporting use cases.
Partner with Data / Analytics / Engineering to align product ideas with data and platform constraints.
Build a systematic approach to reporting quality: definitions, checks, migrations, deprecations.
Track adoption, usage, satisfaction, and impact on customer outcomes for reporting.
Mentor product, analytics, and design colleagues in the reporting domain.
What we’re looking for
Must‑have
Proven track record of building client‑facing dashboards/reports that customers actively use.
Experience as Product Manager / Product Lead or Senior Product Analyst / Reporting Lead in B2B SaaS or other data‑driven products.
Strong reporting / product analytics background: metrics literacy, ability to reason about how numbers are calculated and used.
Experience in multi‑tenant or multi‑client environments (one reporting product, many customers).
Ownership and leadership: roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, being the “go‑to” person for reporting.
Hands‑on mindset and comfort diving into data, user journeys, and reporting UX.
Strong English (C1+), including live calls with clients and leadership.
Practical SQL comfort: able to read/adjust queries with an analyst, understand where numbers come from.
Nice to have
Experience with inventory‑related domains (stock, assortment, pricing, promotions).
Exposure to modern data/BI stacks (DWH, BI tools, dbt, ClickHouse/Snowflake, etc.) as a product person.
Experience growing from analytics/reporting into product leadership.
Mindset
You genuinely like reporting as a product: standards, quality, repeatability, and long‑term evolution of metrics and dashboards.
You are ok with a mix of high‑impact product work and systematic, sometimes repetitive reporting work.
