Product Designer (Job)

We create products for local markets following global design standards. We work with a large user base, complex user flows, and scalable interfaces.

We are currently looking for a Designer for a new Job vertical a product that helps people find jobs and businesses find employees. This is a two-sided platform where design directly impacts user efficiency and trust.

What You’ll Do

• Design key user flows: job posting, search, filters, applications, and dashboards

• Work on employer UX (creating job postings, packages, promotions, analytics)

• Improve candidate UX (search, filters, notifications, resumes, applications)

• Conduct research and identify product growth opportunities

• Collaborate with local managers and the global team

• Develop and maintain the design system

• Ensure quality of implementation and handoff to development

What We Expect

• 4+ years of experience in product design

• Proficiency in Figma, understanding of component-based design and design systems

• Ability to conduct UX research and analyze results

• English level B2 or higher

• Strong communication skills and ability to defend design decisions

Nice to have

• Experience in job classifieds, HRTech, marketplaces, or FinTech

• Experience designing dashboards, applications, paywalls, and analytics

• Understanding of two-sided platforms (candidate ↔ employer)

• Experience implementing or developing design systems

• Knowledge of analytics tools

• Experience with localization and multilingual interfaces
