Product Designer

This product designer role is a mix of user advocacy, technical expertise, and an in-depth understanding of both the fintech and crypto landscapes. Your mission will be to design intuitive and impactful user-centered interfaces that power our market presence, drive user engagement, and support the expansion and optimization of our product offerings.

Your Role:

• Deeply understand crypto and fintech usersʼ needs & domain market landscape;

• Know how to learn from users through research (confirmatory researches) and insights;

• Collaborate with product owners, business and system analysts to gather requirements, shape and detail design of the features, then support those in development up to release in product;

• Maintain and improve the existing design system;

You’ll fit perfectly if you:

• have 5+ years of experience in mature fintech / crypto product design

• are experienced in designing multi-platform products (web / native, desktop / mobile);

• express your thoughts clearly to the team using your pitching skills, supporting with clear slides or guidelines;

• know how to address feedback properly and how to iterate on designs collectively;

• advocate for the best user experience, even if you need to challenge engineers and product managers to ensure that the solution has the best possible UX;

• are a proven master of visual and interactive design;

• are an expert in Figma:

• advanced prototyping of complex user flows

• development of DS components and automations

• using AI for prototyping, DS, assets creation, UX suggestions etc.
