Product Design Lead

Superside is hiring a Product Design Lead to define AI-native product experiences that transform how enterprise creative teams operate. You’ll design Superspace, our AI-powered platform built to remove production bottlenecks and unlock scalable creative output.

Embedded in Tech, Product, and Design, you’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to create flexible, configurable enterprise experiences. This is a senior IC role where you lead through craft, product judgment, and deep AI fluency.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with Product to define problem spaces, user needs, and success metrics.
• Lead 0→1 design of AI-driven workflows, rapidly validating concepts with stakeholders.
• Translate validated ideas into high-quality UI aligned with Superside’s design system.
• Design AI-native surfaces including copilots, conversational interfaces, intelligent search, and agentic workflows.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to shape intuitive, enterprise-grade experiences.
• Form hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate based on measurable outcomes.
• Prototype beyond static mockups, using AI-assisted tools to explore and test ideas quickly.
• Lead user interviews, usability tests, and workshops with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and performant.
• Maintain clear documentation to support alignment, implementation, and iteration.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 6+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise-grade digital products.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered products in production environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM-driven experiences, including probabilistic interfaces, latency tradeoffs, ambiguity handling, failure states, and confidence signaling.
• Fluency in AI-assisted prototyping and workflow acceleration, able to move from concept to functional prototype quickly.
• Deep product design craft, with strong visual consistency and interaction precision.
• End-to-end ownership mindset, from discovery and framing through delivery and iteration.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Business-aware decision-making, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and commercial impact.
• Clear communication skills and comfort presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
