Are you passionate about turning data into insights that shape product strategy and drive growth? We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team at Pure and play a key role within one of our cross-functional product squads.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define, measure, and interpret the impact of our product initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of data-informed decision-making, helping the team prioritize what matters most to our users and our business.

What are we looking for?

Experience & Mindset

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous product releases.

  • Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate closely with product managers.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets (BigQuery experience is a plus).

  • Extensive experience using Amplitude or Mixpanel for behavioral and funnel analysis.

  • Defining and proactively improving user behavior tracking while maintaining consistent taxonomy

  • Deep understanding of A/B testing frameworks and methodologies (ideally Amplitude Experiment) — including lift analysis for marketing campaigns and experiment evaluation.

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (DOMO, Tableau, or similar).

  • Familiarity with data modeling (DBT), ETL pipelines, and modern analytics stacks.

  • Understanding of mobile app analytics and subscription business models.

  • Python proficiency for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.

Product & Experimentation Expertise

  • Strong background in user onboardingconversion metrics, and feature evaluation.

  • Skilled in designing and interpreting A/B tests, generating summary reports, and communicating results effectively.

  • Ability to guide teams on experiment design, data collection, and success metrics.

What you will be working on? 

  • Product Analysis: Act as the product analyst assigned to a cross-functional team, defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and uncovering opportunities for improvement.

  • Experimentation: Lead the setup, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests. Provide actionable insights and recommendations backed by solid statistical analysis.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to align on priorities, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure data is at the core of product development.

  • Insight Generation: Create and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that track key product and business metrics.

  • Continuous Improvement: Support a culture of data-informed iteration by championing best practices in analytics, experimentation, and measurement across the organization.
