Product Analyst

Esti https://esti.app/ is a successful aesthetic photo editing app, aiming to become the #1 in the market. 

We are looking for a proactive Product Analyst who thrives in greenfield projects. Your mission will be to bring structure, insight, and automation to our data-driven decision-making for the Esti app. This role is for someone who sees an unclear process or a missing dashboard not as a problem, but as an exciting opportunity to build something valuable from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear and interpretable system of product metrics.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis into user segments to uncover actionable insights and identify distinct behavioral patterns.

• Streamline the process of launching and analyzing A/B tests.

• Systematize data documentation and create well-designed data marts using dbt.

• Set up automated data quality monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Take initiative to self-identify new hypotheses and product growth opportunities without waiting for requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics.

• Strong practical skills in SQL (window functions, query optimization) and Python (pandas, numpy).

• Proven experience in building metrics for product features and a deep understanding of A/B-testing.

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (we use Tableau) and designing data marts for business needs.

• A track record of completed, impactful analytical projects and ability to independently identify areas for metric improvement.

• A proactive mindset. You are comfortable with ambiguity and driven to improve processes around you.

Nice-to-have: Experience with ML, ClickHouse, Git, content products and dbt will be a significant advantage.
