Performance Media Strategist
Reporting to: Head of Performance
Work Format: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop data-driven paid media strategies (META Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic and other platforms) aligned with business goals and tailored to specific industries.
Build targeting strategies, including CJMs, funnel architecture, and testing hypotheses.
Define the creative direction: key messages, visuals, and testing plans.
Manage execution through internal media buyers and designers.
Monitor performance, generate insights, adjust strategies, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance and Wallester’s internal teams to align on goals and priorities.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in strategic paid media planning (META Ads, Google Ads).
Proven track record in B2B marketing is a must.
Experience in Fintech or SaaS is a strong advantage.
Ability to develop and guide creative and communication strategy (messaging, copy, visuals).
Confident leadership and team coordination skills — able to manage media buyers, designers, and copywriters.
Strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of marketing funnels and unit economics.
A portfolio showcasing your strategic work and campaign results is required.
