Performance Marketing Lead
CS.MONEY is a leading CS2 skin trading service that allows users to easily buy and sell any of the game’s weapon skins, stickers and items.
Responsibilities
Lead the performance marketing function and drive systematic team development (team of 6). Manage specialists across PPC, web analytics, CRM, and SEO.
Create and defend media plans, including budget calculations, traffic forecasts, CPA, and ROI projections (Google Ads, Yandex Direct, Bing, Meta, partnerships, content marketing).
Optimize the end-to-end analytics flow and marketing architecture — from the ad click to the website transaction.
Develop strategies for traffic and budget allocation across channels.
Optimize the website’s marketing event system.
Set up dashboards and funnels to evaluate performance, analyze funnel bottlenecks, and formulate hypotheses to improve CR / ROI.
Initiate and analyze A/B tests and hypotheses to improve advertising effectiveness.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, including analytics and media planning; 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in e-commerce projects and close collaboration with product teams.
Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, unit economics, LTV, CAC, ROMI.
Excellent command of GA4, GTM, Appsflyer, Looker Studio; experience building analytics systems.
Ability to set tasks for analysts and developers and to verify tracking accuracy.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
English level B1 or higher.
