Role Description
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to design and scale our growth engine across multiple digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on performance-driven acquisition, has a holistic view of user growth, and knows how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
You will own the full performance marketing strategy paid social, search, display, and partnerships working closely with Creative, Data, and Product teams to ensure measurable, sustainable growth.
This is a full-time remote position with close collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Build and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies (paid social, search, display, affiliates, influencers, partnerships).
Campaign Leadership: Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization to meet KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
Budget Ownership: Manage multi-channel marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum ROI.
Market & Competitor Research: Track market dynamics, competitor strategies, and platform trends to identify growth opportunities.
Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts across platforms.
Analytics & Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau, and BI dashboards to measure performance and drive optimization.
Experimentation: Implement structured A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, funnels, and channels.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide marketing specialists, ensuring best practices in campaign management and optimization.
Reporting: Provide transparent reports, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading performance marketing across multiple channels (social, search, display, affiliates, partnerships).
Strong knowledge of user acquisition metrics, attribution models, and growth frameworks.
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau, or similar).
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
English proficiency at B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate+).
