Role Description

This is a full-time, ON-SITE role for a Payments Officer in Limassol, Cyprus. No remote options available. Immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute payments swiftly and accurately across fiat and crypto channels, ensuring zero errors.

• Maintain meticulous records, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Handle problem-solving for payment-related issues, including troubleshooting and process improvements.

• Support compliance with AML/KYC protocols and contribute to risk management in financial transactions.

• Collaborate in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating openness to innovative ideas and adaptability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in payments processing, with expertise in both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions (required).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for error-free operations.

Experience in FX brokerage is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations is highly desirable.

No criminal record; successful candidates will undergo background checks.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
