What You Will Do
🔹 Payment Systems Management
Search, negotiate, and connect with new PSPs, acquirers, crypto, and alternative providers.
Negotiate and finalize agreements: fees, limits, currencies, payment methods, compliance requirements.
Conduct market research, monitor trends and competitors to evaluate our product’s position.
Manage relationships with payment providers: day-to-day control, SLA monitoring, fast incident resolution.
Oversee balances, commissions, settlements, and transaction flows.
Reconcile PSP reports, prepare data for finance and accounting teams.
Build long-term, strategic relationships with payment partners.
🔹 Analytics & Optimization
Continuously monitor KPIs: approvals, rejections, chargebacks, speed, and transaction costs.
Identify weak points and collaborate with Risk, Tech, and Product teams to improve results.
Participate in evaluating and prioritizing providers by market and jurisdiction.
🔹 Payment Integration Support
Collect and validate technical documentation from PSPs (API specs, rules, KYC/KYB requirements, limits).
Prepare clear, structured tasks for internal developers with goals and deadlines.
Coordinate communication between PSPs and the technical team, ensuring smooth integration.
Test readiness (transactions, reconciliation) before go-live.
Support launch of new providers/methods and provide assistance during the initial stages.
Requirements
Native/fluent Russian, with strong working proficiency in English.
3+ years of experience in payments, account management, business development, or operational support in high-risk industries (iGaming preferred).
Solid knowledge of PSPs, APMs, cross-border and local payment solutions.
Strong skills in financial accounting/reporting for PSPs.
Ability to multitask and balance development, analytics, partnerships, and operations.
Experience working with international PSPs and understanding their requirements and models.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and basic BI tools.
Independent, analytical, and responsible mindset with strong attention to detail.
