Partner Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help scale Mercuryo’s marketing efforts through partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for co-marketing execution with wallets, exchanges, and other ecosystem partners. You’ll work across teams to bring campaigns to life, from crafting briefs and aligning timelines to coordinating assets and reporting results. You’ll collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design, Content, PR) and external partners to drive visibility, usage, and revenue through joint campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, is highly organized, and knows how to build strong partner relationships that deliver results.

Your Role:

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with partners — from concept to launch.

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align on assets, copy, timelines, and goals.

  • Brief content, design, and PR teams to produce campaign materials (e.g., blog posts, social content, email, visuals).

  • Manage day-to-day partner marketing activities for Mercuryo’s products.

  • Track campaign performance and help consolidate learnings for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure each partner gets the right level of marketing support, tailored to their tier and potential.

  • Maintain a partner marketing calendar and ensure visibility across the organization.

  • Support event coordination or joint participation with key partners. Eg: Discussion panels, sponsorships, activations, and QA.

  • Help develop case studies and proof points based on successful campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or campaign management.

  • Experience in crypto is a must.

  • Experience with co-marketing or partner enablement programs.

  • Highly organized and capable of leading several initiatives with different partners at the same time.

  • Proactive mindset: someone who doesn’t wait for a brief but comes up with ideas for new partner campaigns.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating input from multiple teams.

  • Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools.

  • Analytical mindset: able to understand campaign metrics and surface insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Great communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills.

  • Previous work on lifecycle campaigns or customer engagement flows.

  • Interest in Web3, digital payments, or card products.
